How soon can I receive my shipment?
We can ship to you from within Canada and within the US directly, which can save you having to clear customs or paying brokerage fees on most of our products. If you place your order on an item in stock Monday to Friday between 9am-5pm it will most likely ship out the same day. If your order is placed outside of working hours it will ship out the next business day. If you place an order on an item that is not in stock we will send you an email with an estimated delivery time, if the delivery time will be more than 7 business days then you have the choice to cancel your order for a full refund or request a replacement. Orders shipped within Canada are sent via Canada Post and usually arrive within 2 to 3 business days. Orders shipped within the US are sent via USPS and usually also arrive within 2 to 3 business day.
As we do have products that may not be in stock in your country of residence so please allow 5-7 business days for delivery on these items.
Is your shipping discreet and confidential?
Yes, due to the nature of our some of our products you have the option to select discreet shipping when you place your order. We will make sure to respect your choice at the time of shipment.
Do you offer shipping outside North America?
We currently only offer shipping within Canada and the US. We are working on expanding our shipping worldwide so check back with us soon.
